1935 June 29th thin paper Rocketgram fired over the River Damoodar on the David Ezra rocket. Orange Rocket Parcel Despatch label and By Rocket cachet both with R.No 65 Livestock on them. Signed front and back by Stephen Smith. Rocket made history as it was the first time live creatures in the form of a cock and hen had been safely conveyed by rocket. Lot also contains two original photos of the rocket. Only 189 flown.
